1. What is FleetCard Rewards⁺?
FleetCard Rewards⁺ is designed for businesses seeking savings and rewards, while supporting both fuel-powered and EV fleets. Accepted at 90% of fuel sites and providing access to over 2,200 EV charge points across Australia, it gives your business the flexibility to keep moving. With a linked Virgin Australia Business Flyer account, you can earn up to 110,000 bonus Velocity Points and 1 Point per litre on every eligible fuel transaction (petrol and diesel only). FleetCard Rewards⁺ also covers essentials like fuel, oil, and repairs, with optional add-ons such as tolls, roadside assistance, and EV charging. 2. How can I sign up for a FleetCard Rewards⁺ for my business?
- Visit fleetcard.com.au and click the ‘Apply’ button in the top right corner.
- Have the following ready:
- Driver licence details
- Business details (ABN/ACN)
- Driver and/or vehicle registration details
- To earn Velocity Points, apply for FleetCard Rewards⁺, and ensure your business is (or becomes) a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member and that your FleetCard account is linked to your Business Flyer account.
3. How can my business be eligible to earn Velocity Points via FleetCard?
If your business is or becomes a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member and signs up for a FleetCard Rewards⁺ product, you will have the opportunity to earn Velocity Points for your business by linking your accounts.
4. How many Velocity Points for my business will I earn with FleetCard?
You can earn Velocity Points for your business with FleetCard as follows:
Sign-Up Bonus – Limited Time Offer*: New FleetCard Rewards⁺ customers who are (or become) Virgin Australia Business Flyer members and link their accounts can earn a one-off 10,000 Velocity Points when their account remains eligible for the first 2 months.
Milestone Bonus Points Offer*: Earn up to 100,000 bonus Points over 12 months when you purchase 12,000 litres of eligible fuel in the first 6 months and remain eligible:
- 50,000 Points awarded in month 7, and
- a further 50,000 Points awarded in month 13.
To qualify, your business must make at least one eligible fuel transaction each month. Eligible fuel includes diesel, unleaded petrol and E10 (excludes bulk fuels and LPG). New customers only. Offer available for applications until 7 April 2026, unless withdrawn or varied earlier. Full T&Cs apply.
5. How do I link my Virgin Australia Business Flyer account with my FleetCard Rewards⁺?
When you sign-up for a FleetCard Rewards⁺ product, you will be asked to provide your Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership ID (your business’ ABN) and your Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership will be automatically linked to your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account.
If your business is not currently a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, your business will have the opportunity to become one upon signing up for a FleetCard Rewards⁺ product, quoting your ABN and accepting the relevant terms and conditions.
6. Where will I see the Velocity Points I earn for my business via FleetCard?
You will be able to view the Velocity Points earned for your business via FleetCard in your Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal dashboard. If you are new to Virgin Australia Business Flyer, you will receive your login details and account information directly from Virgin Australia.
7. How can I claim missing points on my Virgin Australia Business Flyer account?
Please allow up to thirty (30) days for your Velocity Points to be reflected in the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal after you have met the relevant eligibility criteria and paid your relevant FleetCard invoice(s) in full. If your Points are still not showing after thirty (30) days, please contact Business Fuel Cards customer service on 1300 881 246.
8. Can I transfer the points I've earned from FleetCard to my Velocity Frequent Flyer account?
Yes. Virgin Australia Business Flyer members can transfer Velocity Points in the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal to the account of an eligible employee, who is also a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. Please note there is a minimum Points transfer of 3,000 Points.
9. What is the cost to use FleetCard Rewards⁺?

6Points Transfer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Account Administrators can transfer Points earned by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member to a Velocity Frequent Flyer member, provided that (a) there is a minimum of 100 Points per transfer; and (b) the Velocity Frequent Flyer member transferee is directly employed or contracted by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member.
7Pilot Gold: A new Virgin Australia Business Flyer member is eligible to receive two three-month Velocity Pilot Gold Memberships if, within the first three months of becoming a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, they book and complete at least $2,000 of eligible travel (excluding taxes, fees and charges).
