Roadside assistance is offered to all Business Fuel Cards customers, whose vehicles are roadworthy, mobile, and well-maintained. The following two groups are not covered by the Roadside assistance program:
- taxis (including ride-share services like Uber), limousines, or for hire or rental.
- vehicles with a gross vehicle mass over 3.5 tonnes and a length greater than 5.5 meters.
