How do I activate my card?

Cards are ready to use as soon as you receive them. No card activation is required, so you can take advantage of the many benefits the card offers immediately. 

Where can I use my FleetCard?

FleetCard is accepted at 90% of fuel sites across Australia. With over 6,100 fuel stations, you can fill up anywhere, whether it’s Shell, Ampol, EG, BP, United, 7/11, Liberty, and more. We’ve got you covered.

What should I do if I can’t find an EV Charger?

If you can’t find an EV charger, use FleetCard’s site locator to access over 2,200 Chargefox charging stations nationwide. With extensive coverage, FleetCard ensures convenient charging solutions for your EV wherever you are in Australia. 

How do I complete a transaction?
  1. Locate an eligible fuel or service provider using site locator on  FleetCard website or app 
  2.  Record your odometer reading (if required) and refuel. 
  3. Go to the transaction counter and swipe your FleetCard. 
  4. Enter the odometer reading and your PIN (if set), or press “Enter” to proceed. 
What do to if your card is lost/stolen?

If you’re the account holder, you can call us on 1300 881 246 or log into your account at https://fco.fleetcard.com.au  and cancel your cardIf you are not the account holder, notify your Fleet manager / office manager immediately.   

What to do if a transaction is declined?

Contact your Fleet Manager or call Business Fuel Cards customer service on 1300 881 246.
