What is FleetCard for Corporate?

FleetCard for Corporate is designed for larger fleets or operations with high-volume fuel needs and is accepted at over 90% of fuel sites and over 2,200 EV charge points across Australia. Enjoy custom add-ons, fleet-wide controls, exclusive discounts, telematics integration and dedicated account support. You’ll also gain access to bespoke analytics, tailored reporting, and value-added services.

How do I activate my card?

Cards are ready to use as soon as you receive them. No card activation is required, so you can take advantage of the many benefits the card offers immediately. 

Where can I use my FleetCard?

FleetCard is accepted at 90% of fuel sites across Australia. With over 6,100 fuel stations, you can fill up anywhere, whether it’s Shell, Ampol, EG, BP, United, 7/11, Liberty, and more. We’ve got you covered.

What should I do if I can’t find an EV Charger?

If you can’t find an EV charger, use FleetCard’s site locator to access over 2,200 Chargefox charging stations nationwide. With extensive coverage, FleetCard ensures convenient charging solutions for your EV wherever you are in Australia. 

How do I complete a transaction?
  1. Locate an eligible fuel or service provider using site locator on  FleetCard website or app 
  2.  Record your odometer reading (if required) and refuel. 
  3. Go to the transaction counter and swipe your FleetCard. 
  4. Enter the odometer reading and your PIN (if set), or press “Enter” to proceed. 
What do to if your card is lost/stolen?

If you’re the account holder, you can call us on 1300 881 246 or log into your account at https://fco.fleetcard.com.au  and cancel your card.  If you are not the account holder, notify your Fleet manager / office manager immediately.   

What to do if a transaction is declined?

Contact your Fleet Manager or call Business Fuel Cards customer service on 1300 881 246.

Customers may receive up to 10c per eligible litre on Eligible Fuel purchases made at Shell using their FleetCard account within the first 3 months from the date the account is opened. Offer is capped at a maximum of 2,000 eligible litres per account. For the purposes of this offer, Eligible Fuel means petrol and diesel purchases made at Shell branded fuel sites only and excludes LPG, AdBlue, and any other product or service. The benefit will be assessed after the 3-month offer period and applied as a credit to the customer’s FleetCard account by the end of month 4 from account opening. The 6¢ discount is applied on the invoice plus up to 4¢ as an additional credit by the end of month. The credit may be used to offset future charges on that account. The FleetCard account must remain active, in good standing and compliant with payment obligations at the time the credit is assessed and applied.
