What is the Blue Fleet Card?

What is the Orange Fleet Card?

The Orange Fleet Card is a payment card used to purchase Fuel and related car maintenance for your vehicle. (Note that if any other items are purchased through Fleet Card at fuel station retail outlets, the transaction will automatically be declined.)

How do I activate my card?

Cards are ready to use as soon as you receive them. No card activation is required, so you can take advantage of the many benefits the card offers immediately.

What are the preferred stations?

Any Shell or Coles Express. Use the Fleet Card Site Locator or download the ‘Fleet Card’ Mobile App to plan your trips.

Why Shell and Coles Express?

Due to a strategic partnership with Viva Energy, Australia’s sole Shell licensee, Fleet Card users may obtain exclusive discounts off the pump price throughout the Shell/Coles Express network. We encourage you to maximise your savings by using only those fuel stations.

What to do if I can’t find a Shell/Coles Express fuel station?

You can still fill up at any Woolworth, BP Connect, Mobil, 7 Eleven, Liberty and Ampol fuel station and pay using your Fleet Card. Fleet Card is accepted at approaching 6,000 fuel stations, over 90% coverage throughout Australia. Use the Fleet Card site locator or download the Fleet Card Mobile App to find your nearest fuel stations.

What is a surcharge?

A card surcharge is an additional percentage that the fuel station can charge under the Reserve Bank of Australia legislation.

How do I find out which fuel station applies a surcharge?
Usually, there will be a display on the bowser and at the retail counter stating that Fleet Card transactions will be surcharged.

How do I complete a transaction?
  1. Drive in, secure your vehicle and look for any surcharge notification on the bowser
  2. Note the odometer reading
  3. Fill up and proceed to transaction counter
  4. Swipe card and enter odometer reading when prompted.
  5. Sign the receipt upon completion of the transaction
  6. Retain the docket.

What to do if your card is lost/stolen?

Notify your Fleet manager / office manager immediately. If you’re the account holder, you can call us on 1300 881 246 or log into your account at https://fco.fleetcard.com.au and cancel your card.

What to do if a transaction is declined?

Contact Fleet Manager or call Business Fuel Cards customer service on 1300 881 246.

How do I care for my Fleet Card?
