Standard Charges Schedule 

Business Fuel Cards Pty Ltd’s (“BFC”) standard Charges are set out below, all of which are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST. These apply to all Accounts on and from 1 February 2025, unless: (a) otherwise notified in writing by BFC, or (b) BFC has an alternative arrangement with the Account Holder. 

Monthly Charges  Card  By BFC from time to time

PLUS a fee of up to 8.00% per instance 

(calculated on the Account’s overdue balance only) 
PLUS 24.00% per annum interest 

(calculated daily on the Account’s overdue balance only, and for as long as the overdue balance is outstanding) 
Credit Limit exceeded  $95.00 per instance 
PLUS a fee of 10.00% per instance 

(calculated on the maximum amount the Account balance exceeded the credit limit by during the applicable billing period) 
Dishonoured payment  $50.00 per instance

Full Terms and Conditions apply. ¹Velocity Point earned per 1 litre of eligible fuel purchased using a FleetCard Rewards+ card linked to a Virgin Australia Business Flyer account and paid for in full by the relevant invoice due date. Points will be credited to your business’ linked Virgin Australia Business Flyer account after you pay your invoice in full. Eligible fuel includes diesel, unleaded petrol and E10 fuel, and excludes bulk fuels and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Your business must remain compliant with the FleetCard and Virgin Australia Business Flyer Offer Terms and Conditions and the FleetCard Terms and Conditions.
