Merchant Information

Enter the full legal name of your company as registered. This name will be used for official documentation and correspondence.
Enter the name your business uses for trading or operating, if different from your legal company name. This is the name your customers will recognise.
Business Operating Address
Enter the official business operating address, including street, city, state, and postal code. This should be the primary location where your business operates. P.O. boxes are not accepted.
Director's Postal Address
Enter the director’s postal address, including street, city, state, and postal code. This should be a valid mailing address where the director can receive official correspondence.
Contact Name
Upload a clear copy of your valid driving license as proof of identity. Ensure that both the front and back are visible and legible. The document must be current and in good condition.

    If you operate a fuel site, please provide your oil company name and your electronic site ID. This helps us verify your site and ensure seamless integration with our services.

    Select this option if you need to hire a payment terminal for processing transactions. Terminal establishment fees of $100 plus a $40 per month terminal fee applies.

    Merchant Payment Details

    Enter the bank account details where payments will be settled. Ensure the account name, BSB, and account number are accurate to avoid payment delays.
    Please attach a bank deposit slip or a screenshot from your online banking clearly showing your bank account details for remittance. This bank information MUST include the company name.
