Competition Terms & Conditions 

Promoter
This competition is conducted by Business Fuel Cards Pty Ltd, ABN 99 161 721 106 of Level 7, 417 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria, 3004 

Eligibility 

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.  
  • Entrants must attend the AFMA Conference during the Competition Period. 
  • Entrants must be representatives of a registered business.  
  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.  
  • Employees or contractors directly involved in running the Competition are also not eligible to enter. 

Competition Period 

  • The competition commences on 19th May 2026 at 7am AEST and closes on 20th May at 3pm AEST.  

How to Enter 

  • To enter, participants must complete and submit the entry form at the AFMA during the Competition Period.  
  • Only complete and valid entries received during the Competition Period will be included in the draw. 
  • Late, incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent or non-compliant entries may be disqualified. 
  • Only one entry is permitted per business. If more than one entry is received for the same business, only the first valid entry received will be included in the draw 

Prize Details 

  • There are three (3) prizes to be won.  
  • Each prize consists of one (1) AUD $1,000 Prezzee eGift Card. Including Prezzee  to the issuer’s applicable terms and conditions, including any expiry date and redemption restrictions. 
  • Total prize pool value is AUD $3,000.  
  • Each prize will be delivered electronically to the verified winner’s nominated email address. 
  • The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with redeeming the prize that exceed the value of the Travel eGift Card. 
  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.  

Prize Draw 

  • Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 27 May 2026 at 7/417 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, VIC 3004.  
  • Winners will be notified via phone and/or email within 2 business days of the draw and must claim their prize by 5:00 pm AEST on 9 June 2026 

Unclaimed Prizes 

  • If a winner does not claim their prize by 5:00 pm AEST on 9 June 2026, is ineligible, or cannot be contacted, the prize will be forfeited.  
  • A redraw will take place on 10 June 2026 at Level 7, 417 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria 3004. 
  • The redraw winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry.  

Privacy 

  • By entering, entrants agree to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, verifying eligibility, contacting winners and arranging prize delivery, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.  
  • I would like to receive information from Business Fuel Cards Pty Ltd about its products, services and offers. I can unsubscribe at any time.  

Tax 

  • Winners are responsible for any tax consequences arising from acceptance or use of a prize, if any. 

Liability 

  • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law.  
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for loss or damage arising from entry into the Competition or use of a prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence, wilful misconduct or breach of law.

General 

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.  
  • The Promoter may cancel, suspend or amend the Competition if required due to fraud, technical issues, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
