FleetCard have added further functionality to FleetCard Pay allowing you to process transactions online and therefore remove the need for manual vouchers.
This functionality is available to all of our merchants:

It depends on your internal processes and how it impacts your daily operation. We suggest that you process the transaction when you have all the transaction information to process, that way you will know once submitted whether the transaction is approved or declined. If it is declined you can request another payment method from your customer.

No, this is one of the benefits of using FleetCard Pay
®, all information is entered online and the transaction is approved/declined in real time.

Yes – this is standard functionality available through FleetCard Online.
Manual Vouchers are no longer accepted, if FleetCard Pay
® is offline (i.e. your internet is impacted) please call us on Call 1300 881 546 and we can enter the transaction over the phone, while the cardholder is present.
