Fleet Card® Online is our online portal that enables our merchants, to access information such as payments and transactions.

What is Fleet Card Pay®?

Fleet Card® have added further functionality to Fleet Card Pay® allowing you to process transactions online and therefore remove the need for manual vouchers.

This functionality is available to all of our merchants:

Fleet Card Pay® can be used to process all vehicle related transactions including fuel and partner purchases.

Improved Payment Times

Transactions are received in real-time, which means faster payment processing. The transactions can be viewed online through Fleet Card Pay® within 24 hours.

Reduces Administration

Simply enter the transaction details and submit for approval. Approvals/declines happen in real-time.


Fleet Card Pay® is managed through a secure HTTPS connection with a SSL certificate that is acceptable across all standard web browsers.

How do I access Fleet Card Pay®?

What do I need to use Fleet Card Pay®?

This service is available for all merchants, all you need is:

– Internet Access

How do I process a Fleet Card transaction through Fleet Card Pay®?

Please refer to the Fleet Card Pay® User Guide, upon logging into Fleet Card Pay®, for the step by step process to submit an electronic transaction via Fleet Card Pay®.

When should I process a transaction?

It depends on your internal processes and how it impacts your daily operation. We suggest that you process the transaction when you have all the transaction information to process, that way you will know once submitted whether the transaction is approved or declined. If it is declined you can request another payment method from your customer.

If I use Fleet Card Pay®, do I still need to search the online hot list?

No, this is one of the benefits of using Fleet Card Pay®, all information is entered online and the transaction is approved/declined in real time.

What fields do I need to complete?

You will notice an asterisk next to all mandatory fields on the page (please refer to Fleet Card Pay® User Guide for instructions).

Can I view transactions online?

Yes – this is standard functionality available through Fleet Card® Online.

What happens with manual vouchers?

Manual Vouchers are no longer accepted, if Fleet Card Pay® is offline (i.e. your internet is impacted) please call us on Call 1300 881 546 and we can enter the transaction over the phone, while the cardholder is present.
