Terms and Conditions for earning Base and Bonus Velocity Points on FleetCard Rewards+ and other FleetCard products

| Offer Period | 1. The offer will commences from 12:01am (AEDT) on 7 October 2025 and will remain open until 7 April 2026. Despite anything to the contrary, BFC and Velocity reserve the right to change or end this offer for any reason on reasonable notice at any time. Capitalised terms in this Offer are defined in the ‘Definitions’ in clause 27. | 
| Base Velocity Points (Ongoing points earning – 1 point per litre) | 2. Account Holders who have signed up to FleetCard Rewards+ which includes the Virgin Australia Business Flyer offer, and have linked their business’ Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to their FleetCard account will earn 1 Velocity Point for every 1 litre of eligible fuel product purchased using the eligible product (Base Velocity Points Offer). 3. Eligible fuel products are any unleaded petrol fuels, E10 fuels and diesel fuels. 4. The Base Velocity Points Offer is not valid on the purchase of LPG, Bulk Fuels (meaning petroleum products (such as diesel, unleaded petrol, aviation fuel, or similar) purchased and supplied in large commercial quantities, typically delivered by tanker to a designated storage facility or directly into equipment, vehicles, or tanks, under agreed terms regarding volume, price, and delivery schedule), Oils, Adblue, vehicle services or repairs, car wash, electric vehicle charging, roadside assistance, tolls or any other service or product other than fuel. 5. Base Velocity points will be credited to the Account Holder’s linked Virgin Australia Business Flyer account in the month following the fuel purchases, once the invoice has been paid in full, provided the Account Holder has maintained compliance with these Terms and Conditions and BFC Terms and Conditions from the purchase date through to the Points crediting date and the Account Holder’s Virgin Australia Business Flyer account remains open and linked to their FleetCard account. 6. Account Holders with strategic pricing arrangements, wholesale agreements, or commercial contracts that specifically exclude loyalty program participation are not eligible to earn Velocity Points under these Terms and Conditions. | 
| Sign Up Bonus Velocity Points (One-time welcome bonus – 10,000 points) | 7. New Account Holders signing up for FleetCard Rewards+ product which includes the Virgin Australia Business Flyer offer, will be eligible for 10,000 Bonus Velocity Points, credited in the 3rd month from account opening, provided the Account is an Eligible Account for the first 2 months and the invoices for the first 2 months have been paid in full and on time (Sign Up Bonus Velocity Points Offer). 8. The Sign Up Bonus Velocity Points Offer is limited to one per business entity or corporate group. Where BFC reasonably determines that multiple FleetCard accounts are held by the same entity, related entities, or entities under common ownership or control, only one account per entity/group is eligible for this Sign Up Bonus Velocity Points Offer. | 
| Milestone Bonus Velocity Points (Achievement bonus – up to 100,000 points) | 9. New Account Holders signing up for FleetCard Rewards+ which includes the Virgin Australia Business Flyer offer, are eligible to earn up to 100,000 Bonus Velocity Points over a 12 month period (Milestone Bonus Velocity Points Offer), awarded as follows when they achieve the following milestones and meet the eligibility criteria: a. first 50,000 Bonus Velocity Points when the new FleetCard Rewards+ Account Holder purchases 12,000 litres of Eligible Fuel during the first 6 months after Account opening using the relevant FleetCard Rewards+ cards and their Account is an Eligible Account for the first 6 months; and b. a further 50,000 Bonus Velocity Points if the FleetCard Rewards+ Account holder is an Eligible Account during the 6-month period after the first 6 months. 10. This Milestone Bonus Velocity Points Offer is limited to one per business entity or corporate group. Where BFC reasonably determines that multiple FleetCard accounts are held by the same entity, related entities, or entities under common ownership or control, only one account per entity/group is eligible for this bonus. | 
| General Terms | 11. An account is an Eligible Account for the purpose of the Sign-Up Bonus Velocity Points Offer and the Milestone Bonus Velocity Points Offer if: a. the Account Holder has signed up for one or more FleetCard Rewards+ cards which include the Virgin Australia Business Flyer offer; b. the FleetCard Account Holder has made at least 1 Eligible Fuel transaction in every month of the relevant offer period on any of the FleetCard Rewards+ cards issued in respect of the Account; c. the Account Holder has remained compliant with the BFC Terms and Conditions and BFC- Virgin Australia Business Flyer (Base Velocity Points and Bonus Velocity Points) Terms and Conditions (this document). 12. These Terms and Conditions are supplementary to and should be read in conjunction with BFC’s General Terms and Conditions available at FleetCard Terms & Conditions. In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and the BFC General Terms and Conditions, these Terms prevail in respect of Velocity Points matters. 13. Membership and Points earn are subject to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer and Velocity membership Terms and Conditions. Participants may be required to accept the Virgin Australia Business Flyer terms and conditions prior to joining Virgin Australia Business Flyer, linking their existing Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to their FleetCard account, or earning Velocity Points for their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account with BFC. 14. Velocity Points are not redeemable for cash. 15. In the event that BFC and/or Velocity reasonably believe that the Account Holder has used the FleetCard cards in a fraudulent or dishonest activity, including but not limited to misuse of the Offer or false claims, BFC and Velocity can, in their sole discretion, decide not to grant the Account Holder any Velocity Points or to reverse previously credited Velocity Points, or BFC can decide to close the FleetCard account. 16. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law contained in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that cannot be excluded. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, BFC and Velocity exclude all warranties and conditions except those expressly set out in these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BFC and Velocity will not be liable under these Terms for any consequential loss, special or indirect loss, real or anticipated loss of profit, loss of benefit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of savings, loss of reputation, loss of use and/or loss or corruption of data, whether under statute, contract, equity, tort (including negligence), indemnity or otherwise. 17. BFC and Velocity will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is caused by a Force Majeure Event, being any event beyond BFC’s and/or Velocity’s reasonable control including acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, terrorism, war, pandemic (including COVID-19), strikes, government actions, or failure of telecommunications or computer systems. 18. Applications for FleetCard Rewards+ and other relevant FleetCard products will be subject to approval by BFC in accordance with the BFC Terms and Conditions. All Applications must satisfy the full information disclosure requirements as stated on the BFC Application form, in order to be eligible. Processing of applications and credit approval may take up to four (4) weeks from the date of submission in some cases, subject to full information disclosure. If a business is not approved to become a BFC business customer by BFC, the business will be ineligible to participate in this Offer. 19. To the extent permitted by law, all disputes regarding the Offer will be handled at BFC’s and Velocity’s sole discretion, and its decision will be final. In the event of a dispute, Participants must contact BFC and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. If the matter can’t be resolved, either party may refer the matter to a mediator. 20. BFC collects, uses and discloses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at bfcards.com.au/privacy-policy/. 21. If the Account Holder links their Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership to their FleetCard account, BFC may share some of their personal information with Virgin Australia Business Flyer. Virgin Australia Business Flyer and BFC may use the Account Holder’s personal information for purposes related to their linked accounts, including to: a. confirm that the Account Holder is a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member; b. link the Account Holder’s accounts; and c. Velocity and Virgin Australia Business Flyer will collect and handle collects and handles your personal information in accordance with the Virgin Australia Group Privacy Policy. 22. The Account Holder can de-link or manage their linked accounts at any time by contacting FleetCard customer support. 23. Participants acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for any costs associated with participating in the Offer, including but not limited to any applicable taxes or charges relating to Velocity Points earned or redeemed, costs of maintaining Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership, and telecommunications costs. Unless stated otherwise, all monetary references are to Australian dollars (AUD). | 
| Definitions | 24. In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires: a. “Account” means the account opened by BFC in the name of the Account Holder under the BFC Terms and Conditions; b. “Account Holder” means a person, company, corporation, firm or association who has entered into an agreement with BFC for FleetCard services and holds a FleetCard account; c. “BFC Terms and Conditions” means BFC’s General Terms and Conditions available at www.bfcards.com.au, as amended from time to time; d. “Eligible Account” has the meaning set out in clause 11; e. “Eligible Fuel” means petrol and diesel fuels as specified in clause 3; f. “Fuel transaction” means any purchase of Eligible Fuel using a FleetCard Rewards+ card; g. “Participants” means Account Holders participating in the Offer; h. “Offer” means the FleetCard and Virgin Australia Business Flyer Velocity Points offer described in these Terms and Conditions; i. “Terms” or “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions as amended from time to time; j. “Velocity Points” means loyalty points earned under the Virgin Australia Business Flyer program. |

| Governing Law | 26. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia and waives any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts. | 
| Acknowledgment | 27. By participating in the Offer, the Account Holder acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions. |
