What is Daily List Price?

The Daily List Price is the set fuel price for a given day, determined for fuel providers within a state. It provides businesses with price certainty by ensuring they pay a consistent rate for fuel on that day, rather than being affected by fluctuations at the pump.

How Daily List Price works?

When Daily List Price is applied to your account, your fuel price will be based on the Daily List Price rather than the price at the pump.

  • At 4.00 pm each day, the Daily List Price for the following day will be posted on your FleetCard Online account.
  • The listed prices will apply from midnight and remain in effect until midnight the following day.

* The Daily List Price is published at 4:00 PM on your FleetCard Online account and remains fixed for 24 hours from midnight.)

How is the Daily List Price calculated? 

The list price is calculated, considering foreign exchange, trends in commodity pricing, average regional fuel prices, trends and patterns in your fuel consumption history, also accounting for the price risk on Business Fuel Card’s side

Will I be able to refuel with my FleetCard as I did before? 

Yes, you can continue refuelling at 90% of fuel sites across Australia that accept FleetCard. 

What fuel categories does the Daily List Price apply to? 

Diesel, Unleaded, and their premium variants. For Adblue and LPG, the retail prices will apply.

Can I switch back to Pump Price?

Yes, you can change the way your fuel is priced by contacting our Customer Service team
